First thing you should have a torrent of your choice, but there's two torrent which i preferred to used. you may find the download links here:
http://www.utorrent.com/#comp-tbl and
http://www.bittorrent.com/compare/bittorrent-pro.
After you download and install it.
I usually use this
https://kat.cr/, to look for any torrent file. once you get to this site, click the search bar then type the name of your file that your looking for.
You get the results under the red box, check the title of your choice, the seeders and leech. take note selecting more seeders than leech give you a faster download.
most likely i would select higher seeder than leech so i will choose the 1st in the result. then click the magnet icon.
check the box and click launch program.
click ok then wait for 5-10 mins before you get your max speed but it depends on your network provider.
